PARIS, January the 9th 2006 - Boonty announces today the appointment of Frank Chuffart, 46 years old, as Financial Managing Director.
Frank Chuffart has been working as entrepreneur and Financial Managing Director in high tech companies for 20 years.
With a degree in HEC (Business Administration), Frank Chuffart started his career in September 1982 as Executive Auditor in Price Waterhouse Coopers. On January 1986 he successively assumes the positions of Financial Controller and Financial Director for Tekelec Airtronic, global group active in manufacturing and distribution of systems and professional electronic components.
In October 2000, Frank Chuffart became Chief Executive Officer of his own company, Fimagin, a financial consulting firm specializing in staffing temporary CFO positions, operational assistance in financial engineering and business diagnosis. Fimagin has contributed to the success of companies such as Musiwave, Freever, BFinance and Arkadin.
