Boonty is led by a team with significant experience in interactive entertainment and technology:
Mathieu Nouzareth, Co Founder and President, Boonty S.A.
Mathieu coordinates the worldwide activities of the company and concentrates on strategy, corporate development, international coordination, and finance. He is a graduate of the Ecole de Management of Grenoble and holds an MBA from Pace University, New York. In October 2006, Mathieu was voted “Leader of the Year 2006” in France by French Newspaper “Le Management”.

Roman Nouzareth, Co Founder and CEO, Boonty Inc.
After successfully being in charge of sales strategy, marketing, and publisher relations in Europe and Asia, Roman is now responsible for the North American market. From Manhattan, Roman also took the Product Managment lead for the company in order to design and release the new social gaming site cafe.com. Roman was also a Jury member at the famous advertising Cannes Lion Festival in 2000 and a speaker in various events like CES in Las Vegas. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Paris II Assas and is an investor in several start-ups.

Prior to founding Boonty, Mathieu and Roman founded WebConcept, one of the first French e-business consulting companies, in 1995. The company became the market leader in 1999 at which time IconMedialab of Sweden acquired it (now LBI, Euronext: LBI). Mathieu became President of IconMedialab France and worldwide manager for the luxury goods practice, and Roman the company’s General Manager.
Cyrille Even, CEO BOONTY Plt Ltd (Asia)
Cyrille joined Boonty in August 2004 as the head of the company’s Asia Pacific operations. Cyrille is the former Global COO of Mobileway (now known as Mobile365, acquired by Sybase for $440MM in August 2006). From 1996 to 2000, Cyrille was Marketing Director of Alcatel for the Asia Pacific region. Cyrille holds a post-MBA from INSEAD Singapore, as well as an MBA from the University of Ottawa and the Ecole de Management of Grenoble.

Thibault Viort, Worldwide COO
Prior to joining Boonty in 2005, Thibault managed Cross System, a creative, consulting and computer consulting company in the Internet industry. Created in 1996, Cross System grew to over 600 employees organically and through acquisitions. In 1999, Thibault led an IPO of Cross System on the Paris Stock Exchange, and saw the company’s market cap reach $900 million. Thibault won the prestigious “Grand Prix Stratégie” for the best B2C website in 2000. Thibault holds an engineering degree from the EPITA.
